Thanks for stopping by my web home. I live with my wife Diane and our two boys, Garrett and Andres in Dubuque, Iowa, where I serve as Professor of Pastoral Theology at Wartburg Theological Seminary. I’m a huge fan of The Office, love spending time in the wilderness, especially the Boundary Waters in northern Minnesota, and I still paddle a Bell. The poetry and writing of Wendell Berry and Mary Oliver (among others) nourishes my soul, along with the music of Mumford & Sons. And we love good beer, along with the St. Louis Cardinals and the Gonzaga Bulldogs.
